Matt is great. Always on time, always time-efficient and more than fair to his customers. He gets the job done without hesitation. His productivity is second to none and he doesn’t charge you as soon as he leaves the lot like many of the competitors do.

Fantastic, quick and very professional service. Matt came out first thing to help us with an emergency with the toilet. He was here within an hour, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Very friendly and helpful, and reasonable rates, would highly recommend!

Matt (& Matt) have today on Good Friday (a bank holiday) completed the job of installing a new combi boiler in our attic as well as decommissioning and removing our ancient back boiler. Matt was very quick to come round and provide us with a quote which we were happy with and less than 2 weeks later the job is complete! Matt was punctual, friendly, professional and very tidy. They were also great with our 3 year old and she found them very entertaining! Definitely be using them again for any plumbing and heating jobs as well as the annual service on our new boiler!

Matt came and changed a kitchen mixer tap for me in a good professional manner. He also made recommendations on another plumbing issue that I had, demonstrating that he cares about customer satisfaction too. Highly recommendable.
